Please get in touch via e-mail if you have just received a referral and/or are booking in for the first time. You may have some questions or are simply intrigued as to whether we might be a good fit! If there are any questions that cannot be answered via e-mail, we can organise a phone call. However, e-mail is the most efficient mode of communication, as it makes it less likely for enquiries to be missed.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please book your next appointment online, then e-mail us to let us know of your cancellation within 48 hours.
