If you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85, making the out-of-pocket fee $88.15 per session.

Your GP can send your referral through to Miriam Psychology via Fax: (07) 5604 1144 or e-mail: miriam.emad.psych@gmail.com

Alternatively, please bring a hard copy of your referral with you if attending in person. Your rebate cannot be processed without your referral and your Medicare card.

Tele-health SESSIONs

LETTERS / REPORTS

Please note that I require two weeks notice to complete a request for a letter and/or report. Letters an/or reports are charged on an hourly basis at the rate of:
